Portraits

When it comes to portaits I don't like having people pose. I like everything candid. If the moment is right, I can get to the angle(from where I want to take the photo) I will take the picture. The first picture my friend saw I was going to snap a picture and ran with it, while the second she is just tuning the guitar which makes it very candid as if the camera isn't even there.

Color Correction

In class we had to pair up with a partner where we edited each other's photo and then go back and edit our own(same photo)

these are my changes.

Comparing the 2 photos, the original looks best according to the professor and I see why. To me(my eyes) when u darken certain things a certain level of detail is lost and the original just looks also more legit, as opposed to the other 2 where u can kind of tell that it was photoshopped.
